We're looking for a Director of Operations — a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a tight ship and empowering a team to do their best work. You'll be the backbone of Creature Coffee PHX's day-to-day operations: keeping our warehouse spotless and organized, making sure every machine is dialed in and event-ready, and leading the warehouse team with the kind of care and accountability that sets everyone up to succeed.
This role is equal parts logistics and leadership. You'll build and maintain the systems that keep our events running smoothly behind the scenes, from how stock is stored and packed to how our team is trained and supported.
