We're looking for a Director of Events — a skilled relationship-builder and closer who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, sales, and flawless execution. You'll be the face of Creature Coffee to our clients, guiding them from first conversation to signed contract and beyond, while ensuring every event detail is set up for success.
Phoenix is a brand new market for us and this role is at the center of it. You won't be stepping into an established territory — you'll be building it! The speed and scale at which we grow is directly tied to your hustle, creativity, and ability to open doors, making this one of the most impactful roles in the company.
