Creature Coffee's Head Roaster will be an integral member of the team. They will work alongside the Director of Coffee to source the very best green coffee from across the globe and be responsible for developing roast profiles and seeing those flavors through as the production roaster. Along with their roasting and fulfillment duties, the Head Roaster will manage and help grow wholesale accounts. Creature Coffee's Head Roaster will have a commitment to quality, a passion for specialty coffee, an eagerness to learn, and a love for all creatures in all their glorious shapes, sizes, and colors.
