We’re Creature Coffee — specialty coffee roasters and mobile espresso bar experts serving up great coffee at events, weddings, and corporate gigs. We do it all with POSI VIBES, deep respect for specialty coffee, and a love for hard, rewarding work.

From high-rise boardrooms to backyard “I dos,” our mobile coffee carts bring the buzz — and we’re growing fast in Seattle. Now we need you to help us keep the good energy brewing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 🎯 Manage incoming leads + book our epic espresso carts for events
• 📞 Talk with clients and recommend the perfect coffee package to meet their event needs
• 💼 Send quotes, invoices, and handle payments + contracts
• 🗓️ Plan events from start to finish — no detail too small
• 🤝 Coordinate with our Hospitality and Operations teams to ensure smooth service
• 📍Attend site visits, client meetings, and keep quality high
• 🧑‍💻 Keep our CRM and systems up to date, with key attention to every detail
• 🤹 Be flexible, organized, and ready to solve problems on the fly
• ☕ Receive full Creature Coffee barista training so you know what the buzz is all about!
