We're looking for a Director of Hospitality — a passionate coffee professional ready to lead our all star team, raise the bar, and deliver unforgettable experiences everywhere Creature Coffee shows up.
You'll continue to build a high-performing barista team, oversee training and scheduling across events, and ensure every cup we serve reflects the quality and care our clients expect. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in their craft, and knows how to bring out the best in the people around them.
